2. Initial Payment A 50% recruitment fee is payable before the candidate’s interview. This ensures that we can dedicate our resources to finding the best candidates for your roles.

3. Candidate Presentation We will present you with a shortlist of qualified candidates who meet your criteria. Each candidate will come with a detailed profile, including their experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.

4. Interview and Selection Conduct interviews with the shortlisted candidates and select the one that best fits your needs. We will assist in coordinating interview schedules and providing feedback.

5. Final Payment The remaining 50% of the recruitment fee is payable upon the candidate’s acceptance of the job offer.

6. Guarantee and Replacement Policy We stand by the quality of our candidates. If a candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated for cause within one year of their start date, we will adjust the fee towards the recruitment of a replacement candidate at no additional charge.
